Officers

Michael Geeser (President) is the Government Relations Representative and Spokesperson for AAA Nevada. In his position, Geeser serves as AAA Nevada’s spokesperson, handling all media related requests. He also represents AAA Nevada in the State legislature as well as on various state and local committees. Prior to AAA, Geeser was an award-winning Consumer Editor for CBS affiliate KLAS-TV in Las Vegas. In 2001, he received the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Political Reporting. Geeser is married with two children. He’s lived in Las Vegas for 13 years. He's a graduate of San Jose State University. Geeser serves on the executive board of the Anti Defamation League of Las Vegas. Established 100 years ago, AAA offers a wide array of automotive, travel, insurance and financial services to its 44 million members. AAA Nevada serves over 300,000 members throughout the state.

Michael S. Mattoch (Vice President) is Vice President and Senior Legislative Counsel USAA Financial Services. Michael Mattoch has spent his career crafting and influencing public policy in California. Currently managing the interests of USAA members in nine western states, Mr. Mattoch has provided counsel in the administrations of two Republican Governors, three Democratic Speakers of the California Assembly and as chief counsel to the Assembly Insurance Committee, advised members of the Assembly and Senate on issues related to financial institutions, privacy, tort reform, workers' compensation, unemployment, life, health and all areas of property and casualty insurance. He also managed legislative oversight of the Department of Insurance and the Department of Industrial Relations, the California Earthquake Authority, the State Compensation Insurance Fund and the California Insurance Guarantee Association. Mr. Mattoch also served as corporations counsel in the Office of Law & Legislation for the Department of Corporations in the administration of former Governor Pete Wilson. In addition to his unique bi-partisan record of government service, Mr. Mattoch was vice president and chief counsel for the California Hospital and Healthcare Association. As a partner in the firm of Norwood & Mattoch, and vice-president and counsel for D.C. Navigators, Mr. Mattoch provided legislative advocacy and counsel in California for their national and international corporate clients and participated in a number of political and initiative campaigns.

Bob Feldman (Secretary/Treasurer) is president of Nevada General Insurance Co., Inc. and has served on the NIC board of directors since 1981. A founding director of National Auto Agents Alliance, Feldman has been a licensed insurance agent since 1968. He is also a past director of the Nevada Insurance Guaranty Association, and currently serves on the Nevada insurance commissioner’s Property and Casualty Advisory Committee; he chairs the sub-committee on mandatory arbitration; and he is a member of the state Insurance Fraud Committee.
